How eStatements Work
Your periodic electronic statement will be sent to you on the first business day of the new month. The statement will be sent from First Education Credit Union to the email address you provide below. To open the statement attachment, you will need to provide your NetTeller password. If you are not signed up for NetTeller, the socail security number of the primary member will be used.

eStatement Application and Consent Form
By applying for E-statements, I authorize First Education Federal Credit Union (FEFCU) to set up my account to receive electronic periodic statements and marketing materials, I agree and understand the following:

This consent is to receive your regular periodic statements electronically as well as other disclosures required by law, other notices, newsletters, and promotional materials sent from FEFCU;

You have the right or option to receive your periodic statement on paper. You understand you will not receive a paper statement in addition to electronic statements. You may have one or the other for free, however; if you wish to receive both, there $3 per month fee;

You have the right to withdraw your consent to receive your periodic statement electronically at no charge. To do so, you must submit a withdrawal request in writing directly to the credit union. Please include a statement that you are choosing to receive a paper periodic statement delivered by mail, include your account number, name and contact phone number.

It is your responsibility to inform the credit union of changes to your e-mail address. All information changes must be submitted directly to the credit union and include your account number, name, contact phone number, and the information to be updated or changed. You may submit your information change by email, fax, mail, or directly in the credit union office.

If your periodic electronic statement is returned back to the credit union as undeliverable, a return mail charge of $3.00 per occurrence will be assessed to your account and, you may be removed from receiving your periodic statement electronically and a paper statement will be mailed to you;

While receiving your periodic statement electronically and you desire to receive a paper copy of your periodic statement, you may call the Member Service Department at 307/432-7400. A fee of $3.00 per month will be assessed to your account;
